MEMORANDUM
JAMES N. GABRIEL, Bankruptcy Judge.
Before the Court for determination are the debtor’s Motion to Avoid Lien of Barbara Munroe et al and the debtor’s Complaint for Contempt against Barbara Mun-roe et al. The debtor seeks to avoid the lien for condominium common expenses and seeks a judgment of contempt against the trustees for pursuing two actions in state court concerning the lien. The Court held a hearing on each matter, and the parties agreed to all relevant facts. Briefs were filed by both parties.
