MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
KANE, Senior District Judge.
This is a case for judicial review of the final administrative action of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (“Secretary”) denying Ted V. Jimenez Social Security Disability Insurance (disability) benefits and Supplemental Security Income (supplemental) benefits under Title II and XVI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.CA. §§ 401-433, 1381-1383c.
