— Plaintiffs, Joseph Mongelluzzo and Camille Mongelluzzo, his wife, filed a complaint in equity and later an amended complaint against defendants, Anthony J. Della Toffalo and Janet Della Toffalo, his wife, and Kissell Co. Alleging that defendants were guilty of fraudulent representations, plaintiffs have demanded rescission of the real estate transaction, cancellation *473of the deed, and damages.
