Currently before the Court is the defendant’s Motion for Leave to Amend Answer [85], The plaintiff in this case, Denise L. Lenkiewicz (“Lenkiewicz”), brings a claim against the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) for failure to reasonably accommodate her alleged disabilities under § 501 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
