Proceeding pursuant to EDPL 207 to review a determination of the Town Board of the Town of Southold dated May 10, 2005, which, after a public hearing, inter alia, in effect, approved the *811acquisition of a portion of the petitioners’ property for expansion of the Town Hall.
Adjudged that the determination is confirmed, with costs, the petition is denied, and the proceeding is dismissed.
