The proceeding in the court below was for an accounting. The chancellor found appellee had been fraudu lently induced to enter a building operation whereby he was deprived of the sum of $117,000. From the decree entered for that sum this appeal has been taken.

The adjudication of the chancellor, made from a review of more than a thousand pages of testimony, was complete in every essential necessary to sustain the decree; it reflects the result of careful review and analysis.
