This opinion consolidates several cases in which defendants, licensed street peddlers, were charged with “selling or offering for sale tickets to a sporting-type event at greater than face value within twenty feet of a crosswalk” in violation of Cincinnati Municipal Code (“C.M.C.”) 839-ll(e).
