Rand, J.H.O.), entered on or about February 21, 2007, which granted the Law Guardian’s motion for an order directing the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) to arrange for petitioner to have sex reassignment surgery and denied ACS’ cross motion to dismiss the proceeding, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, the motion denied, the cross motion granted and the proceeding dismissed.
