The bill herein having been dismissed on demurrer thereto by the individual defendants, the sole question here is upon its sufficiency. Appellants filed it as creditors of the defendant company, on behalf of themselves and all others in like case who should join therein, against the corporation and certain of its stockholders, to reach balances alleged to be due it for stock subscribed for, issued to aud still held by them respectively.
