The complainant, Joseph T. Eyerson & Son, a creditor of the Illinois Architectural Iron Works (hereinafter called the Illinois Company), on behalf of itself and all creditors who might become parties, brought suit by a bill of complaint in equity against the Illinois Company and all its stockholders under section 25, ch. 32, Hurd’s Rev.
