OPINION

GARTH, District Judge:

Plaintiff, Johnson & Johnson (hereinafter “Johnson”) manufactures and sells an adult talcum powder having deodorant properties bearing the trademark “Shower to Shower.” Defendant, Colgate-Palmolive (hereinafter “Colgate”) manufactures and sells an aerosol deodorant and anti-perspirant bearing the trademark “Hour After Hour.” The central issue presented here, and the test to be met by the plaintiff, is whether all the competent evidence offered to this Court carries “thorough conviction” that the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board erred in sustaining Colgate’s…
