This is an appeal brought by Glenn R. Bush from an order 1 of the Court of Common Pleas of Indiana County which dismissed his appeal from an order of the Department of Transportation (DOT) suspending his operators license for a period of one year pursuant to Section 1547(b)(1) of the Vehicle Code (Code). 2 We affirm.
