ARNOLD, Circuit Judge.
This appeal presents the question whether the District Court 1 erred in its interpretation and enforcement of a settlement agreement made between the parties. We find no error and therefore affirm.
Wagner Electric is a manufacturer of automotive brake components and lighting products. MICO is a buyer and distributor of Wagner’s brake products and also manufactures certain brake components itself.
