HASTINGS, Circuit Judge.
This is an action for money alleged to be due and owing plaintiffs (appellants) for professional services rendered to defendant corporation (appellee). It was commenced in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, and was removed to the United States District Court upon petition of defendant alleging a diversity of citizenship. The district court sustained defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint construing it to be a motion to quash the return of service of summons upon the ground that there was no jurisdiction over defendant’s person in Illinois.
