Appellee, Porfirio P. Garcia, sued Jesus Maria Vzaguirre, Cecelia Garcia Vda de Villareal, Josefa Villareal, after-wards Hinojosa, and her husband, Octaviano Hinojosa, and Eduardo Vzaguirre on an alleged option contract. It is alleged that the appellee was damaged in the sum of §60,000 by reason of the breach of said contract and failure of the defendants to convey between 5,000 and 6,000 acres of land in Starr county to the appellee.
