Plaintiff, a minor, brought this action through his guardians ad litem, to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile collision. Prior to the trial defendant admitted responsibility for the collision, and the cause proceeded to trial on the issue of damages only. During the trial after both sides rested, the court accurately and completely instructed the jury on each element of damage recoverable by plaintiff under the evidence presented.
