This is an appeal from an award of a majority of the full Industrial Board granting appellee Augusta Vermeulen, the widow of Cyril Vermeulen, compensation for the death of her husband; granting the widow, Rachel Brówn, and dependent children of Haskel Brown, compensation for the death of their husband and father; and granting appellee Charles Lawson compensation for personal injuries.
The causes were consolidated and a stipulation entered into between the parties that all of the evidence of the witnesses should be considered the evidence in all three cases.
