OPINION

Jane Bland, Justice

A jury found Darius Damascus Briggs guilty of violating the terms of his civil commitment order under Texas Health and Safety Code § 841.085, and it assessed his punishment at confinement for life. See Tex. Health & Safety Code Ann. § 841.085 (West 2014). On appeal, Briggs contends that the trial court erred in overruling his motion for a directed verdict, because a material variance exists between the indictment and the venue proof at trial. He further alleges that the evidence is legally insufficient to support the verdict. Finding no error, we affirm.
