MEMORANDUM OPINION

MARTIN V.B. BOSTETTER, Jr., Chief Judge.

This case comes before the Court upon Motion of the Chapter 7 trustee, Robert G. Mayer (the “trustee”), of the bankruptcy estate of Charles W. Frye and Theresa A. Frye, for Authority to Compromise Claim. An Objection to the Motion to Compromise was filed first by the debtors which was subsequently resolved, and then by Audrey L. Fain (“Dr. Fain”) and Concrete Masonry and Asphalt, Inc. (“CMA”). A hearing was held on Dr. Fain’s and CMA’s objection.
