In 1974 in the negotiations for the credit of a corporation created and incorporated under the name of Blalock & Son, Inc., Edgar Blalock, who was its president, was required to give a personal continuing guaranty in the amount of $80,000 for the indebtedness of the corporation. Subsequently, on June 12,1978, Edgar Blalock (contending he was no longer an officer) was required to execute another continuing guaranty for the indebtedness of the corporation not to exceed $100,000, the instrument reciting a consideration and to remain in force until a written notice revoking…
