In this case the defendant, Willard Behrens, prosecutes error from the judgment and sentence of the district court for Scotts. Bluff county determining him guilty of a violation of section 39-1159, Comp. St. Supp. 1939, and ordering *673that he be confined in the Nebraska reformatory for men for a term of from three (3) to four (4) years.
