OPINION

CRONE, Judge.

Clyde Pryor appeals his conviction for class D felony auto theft, arguing the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction. 1 We reverse.

The evidence supporting the verdict shows that on or about October 5, 2006, South Bend police corporal Antwain Johnson responded to a dispatch between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. regarding a stolen vehicle. 2 He met with the victim and took the report.
