On May 7,1906, Daniel C. Stover of the city of Free-port executed his last will and testament. Following the death of his wife, he executed a codicil dated June 19, 1907. On January 17, 1908, Daniel C. Stover died leaving him surviving, May Stover Winger Thomas and Porter S. Stover, his children. The will and codicil were duly admitted to probate on February 17, 1908.
