By this action the National Refining Company seeks to set aside a conveyance of real estate from Charlotte Zuckerman to Continental Development Corporation and to subject the property to the payment of a deficiency judgment against Miss Zuckerman.[552] The theory of the action is that the conveyance was in fraud of creditors. Mo. R.S.A., Sec. 3507.
