The present proceeding was commenced by the filing with the Unemployment Compensation Commission of a claim by one John Congo. In said claim Congo alleged that he had last worked for the present respondent, the Hartwig-Dischinger Realty Company (hereinafter called the Hartwig Company). Claimant was employed as a janitor of an apartment building which was owned by the Byron Realty and Investment Company (hereinafter called the Byron Company).
