This is a bill by the appellee against tbe appellants to set aside and cancel a deed made by tbe appellant G. L. Robinett to his wife, Eula M. Robinett, on February 13, 1925, conveying to her substantially all ot his property, on the ground that said deed was made to hinder, delay, or defraud the comizlainant in the collection of a debt due to him from said G. L. Robinett.
Tbe bill avers that on December 3, 1924, a judgment was rendered in tbe circuit court of Jefferson county for $709.60, principal and interest, and $15.40 cost of suit, on the joint note of tbe complainant and said Robinett,…
