THIS MATTER is before the Court for class certification pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23. Plaintiffs in this multidistrict litigation1 brought this action on behalf of themselves and all limited partners who, during the relevant time period, purchased units of Southeast Hotel Properties Limited Partnership (hereinafter “SHPLP” or the “Partnership”).2 Defendant Bear Stearns & Co.
