ORDER DENYING CLAIMANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

On July 30, 2002 Claimant Tommy Thompson (“Thompson”) moved for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
