This is a consolidated appeal of two civil cases arising from a collision between a motorcy*326ele and a car. The plaintiffs, the driver and passenger of the motorcycle, collided with the car driven by the defendant Albert Berloni. The plaintiffs claim that the accident was caused by the negligence of Berloni and of a second defendant, Irene Clark.
