Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed April 9, 2004, which ruled that claimant was disqualified from receiving unemployment insurance benefits because his employment was terminated due to misconduct.
Claimant was employed as a security guard. After he engaged in a heated exchange over the telephone with his branch manager and then his human resources manager regarding his schedule, he was told to make an appointment with the human resources manager to discuss his employment status.
