JOE FISH, Senior United States District Judge *691Before the court is the motion of the defendants the City of Mansfield, Texas (the "City"), Clayton Chandler ("Chandler"), and Tracy Aaron ("Aaron") to dismiss the plaintiffs' claims against them pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6), F.R. Civ. P. (docket entry 25). For the following reasons, the motion is granted.
