This is an appeal from the dismissal of the claims of Appellants Paul Gosnell and Kim Gosnell for failure to file a certificate of merit required by the civil practice and remedies code2 in their suit against Appellees Thomas A. LaLonde, Jr., P.E., Individually and d/b/a Lee Engineering Co.; Stanley Harold Prather; and Prather Engineering Consultants, Inc. (collectively, Engineers).
