The plaintiffs-appellants, William Jonathan Grider (“Grider”) and Lesa F. Watson (“Watson”), have challenged the district court’s dismissal, via summary judgment for the defendants, of their civil rights complaint asserting deprivations of their First Amendment liberties, and other federally created rights, allegedly caused by official actions taken by defendants-appellees City of Louisville Mayor Jerry E.
