MAJORITY OPINION

ADELE HEDGES, Chief Justice.

Appellant, Adrian Robinson, brings this accelerated appeal challenging the trial court’s order granting the plea to the jurisdiction filed by appellees, Alief Independent School District (“AISD”) and Louis Stoerner. In his sole issue, Robinson con*323tends that the trial court erroneously granted the plea to the jurisdiction because his claims against AISD and Stoer-ner were not moot. We affirm.
