In a mortgage foreclosure action, the plaintiffs appeal from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 31, 1977, as directed that the moneys received by them from an insurance carrier for the fire loss to the mortgaged premises shall be applied to reduce the amount due on the mortgage. Plaintiffs purport to further appeal from an order of the same court, dated July 25, 1977, made upon its motion for reargument of the court’s decision.
