I. BACKGROUND

Qui tam Relator Amy Bergman (“Relator”) brings this action against Abbott Laboratories (“Defendant”) under the False Claims Act (FCA), 31 U.S.C. § 3729 et seq., and similar state statutes. First Amended Complaint (“AC”) (Dkt. No. 18) ¶¶ 1-2.
