Affirming.

The appeal has been prosecuted from a judgment entered on a directed verdict in favor of appellee, Kentucky & Indiana Terminal Bailroad Co., Inc., the defendant below. The action was brought to recover damages for injuries sustained in a collision between the automobile owned and being driven by appellant and an engine operating in a reverse position pulling twelve freight cars, which was owned and being operated by appellee.
