Widow and children of John Canady appeal summary judgment granted defendant Crystal Development Corporation [Crystal] and defendant Manlin & Liebert Builders, Inc., [Manlin & Liebert]. Plaintiffs’ action is based upon a wrongful death suit arising from injuries resulting in the death of John Canady, a carpenter who fell while working as an employee of Leo Echele Drywall, Inc., [Echele].
