Plaintiff Lee Montague filed a complaint for damages based upon alleged violations of section 5 — 3 of the Illinois Mental Health Code of 1967 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1975, ch. 91½, par. 5 — 3) (hereinafter “Mental Health Code”), which, on motion of defendants George J. London Memorial Hospital and Marshall Falk, was dismissed, resulting in this appeal. The underlying issue presented for review is whether plaintiff’s action is barred by the statute of limitations. For reasons hereinafter set forth, we reverse and remand.
