This is a suit to restrain-the defendant, as Deputy Commissioner of the United States Employees’ Compensation Commission, appointed under the Longshoremen’s and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (33 USCA §§ 901-950), from enforcing a compensation order in favor of one Truppi, a long shoreman, who suffered injuries in the course of his employment, and to set aside the order.
