MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This case was originally filed in Letcher Circuit Court on October 21, 2008. R. 1., Ex. 1 at 5. On November 21, 2008, the case was removed to this Court on the basis of diversity jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1332. R. 1. Shortly thereafter, the plaintiffs filed a “Response and Objection to Removal,” R. 4, which this Court interprets as a motion to remand for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
