This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs’ Motion to Lift Automatic Stay regarding the execution on a default judgment which was obtained in Berrien County Circuit Court on September 28, 1993. On November 25, 1992 this Court granted the Plaintiffs’ Motion to Lift Stay to allow the state court proceedings to continue.
