12This is an appeal filed by Appellants, Chris Atherton d/b/a Atherton Intercontinental Concerts, Charles Atherton and International Concerts, LLC, (hereafter Ath-erton) from two rulings by the trial court granting an Exception of No Cause of Action and an Exception of Res Judicata filed by Appellees, Rosteet Law Firm and Sidney Rosteet (hereafter Rosteet). For the following reasons, we affirm.
