Anthony W. Thomas appeals from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County (trial court) granting the motion of the Township of Independence, Beaver County (Township) to quash Thomas’ appeal from a decision of the Liquor Control Board (LCB) to deny an intermun-icipal transfer of a liquor license. We affirm.
