Introduction

Donald Bryant (“Bryant”) appeals from the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of Lawrence Brody (“Bro-dy”) and Bryan Cave (collectively “Respondents”) in Bryant’s action for legal malpractice against Respondents. Bryant brought the underlying action alleging two counts of negligence in connection with an antenuptial agreement prepared by Respondents.
