Ameristar Jet Charter, Inc. and Sierra American Corporation (collectively “Owner”) brought a negligence suit against Dodson International Parts, Inc. (“Haul er”) for its mishandling of Owner’s airplane that was damaged after an emergency landing. The jury found in favor of Owner, and Hauler appeals the trial court’s entry of judgment in accordance with the jury verdict. After opinion by the Court of Appeals, Western District, 1 this Court granted transfer. Mo. Const, art. V, sec. 10.
