OPINION & ORDER
LEISURE, District Judge:
This action, originally filed in New York County Supreme Court, has been removed to this Court by defendants pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1446. It is conceded by the parties that there is complete diversity. The sum in controversy is over $10,000. Plaintiff has moved to remand the action; defendants have moved to transfer or stay the action or, in the alternative, to dismiss the complaint.
