This is an action by the plaintiff corporation against two former employees and their wives for an injunction and damages arising from a conspiracy to exploit, in competition with the plaintiff, confidential information necessarily disclosed to them by the plaintiff for purposes of their employment. Joined as a codefendant is a corporation formed by the individual defendants which became the vehicle through which the conspirators operated to divert business from the plaintiff. The relief sought is an accounting for the profits realized at the plaintiff’s expense and a permanent injunction…
