Before the Court are Defendant Atlas Van Lines, Inc.’s Motion for Summary Judgment and Brief and Memorandum in Support (ECF Nos. 27-28); Appendix to Defendant Atlas Van Lines, Inc.’s Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 30); and Plaintiff Monique Pringle’s Response to Atlas Van Lines, Inc.’s Motion for Summary Judgment and Appendix in Support (ECF Nos. 36-37).
