The plaintiff in this adversary proceeding is a Chapter 13 debtor in this court. Plaintiff has here brought an action seeking an order directed to defendant, Clerk of Common Pleas Court for Brown County, Ohio, requiring that he turn over the sum of $14,000.00, which he is holding, to the Chapter 13 trustee in Cincinnati. The action is brought pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 542, seeking turnover of property of the estate. As required by L.B.R. 5.2(a), the complaint contains an allegation that this is a core proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157. We hold that plaintiff is…
